RMA- Return Material AuthorizationReturn Policy If you would like to return a cartridge please e-mail us at sales@smbink.com. We will e-mail you instructions on how to Return your cartridge and an (RA#) to reference for your return. ( Please follow our procedure. Not following this procedure could delay your refund or replacement considerably) Defective Returns All defective returns will be replaced up to 180 days from date of sale at no charge, Defective Cartridge's returned within 30 days of sale can be refunded or replaced at your option minus original shipping charges. (If an immediate replacement is needed before defective cartridge is returned we suggest that you place a new order for immediate shipment. When we receive defective cartridge. We will process RA# and refund you for your Return) Non Defective Returns It is our policy that non defective cartridges be at least 75% full and returned in the original box and packaging in as new condition. Non Defective Returns will have a 25% restock applied. Cartridges returned that are less than 75% will not be accepted and returned to you. |
